The administration of the IICRC Oceania Division was taken over by Belinda's Business Centre in Bathurst, NSW, over a year ago. Monica and Michael Morse and their staff are on a steep learning curve, getting their heads around the cleaning certification industry. Monica and Michael travelled to the US last October to get to know the US administration and Board at first hand.
